Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be to the yield engineering team, responsible for receiving new technologies and driving up the yield performance.
In addition, you will attend to the day-to-day activities associated with running of high-volume manufacturing line
Delivering Quality metrics for Skyworks Operations group.
Assume organization wide ownership for one or more Strategic Objectives.
Drive operational and engineering excellence and a pro-active Quality culture throughout the organization.
Partner with internal customers from the Development teams to Fab Operations to Module Build & Test teams to deliver winning filter technologies in support of corporate objectives.
Participate and lead various cross functional and Lean activity teams.
Job Responsibilities
Degree in engineering with a preference for Electrical Engineering or Physics
>8 years experience in a Yield, Defect Density or Technology Development role in semiconductor wafer processing required. Leading edge technology experience in a high volume fab preferred.
Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing methods & Six Sigma is highly desirable.
Ability to troubleshoot to an advanced level, often dealing with new complex issues
Proficient with data analytical tools such as JMP .
Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good foundational problem-solving skills with creative solutions and out of the box thinking.
Self-motivated; able to take initiative and effectively prioritize work for self.
