We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team, focusing on commercial building maintenance and operations with a particular emphasis on water leakage issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and extensive experience in managing complex building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of commercial building operations, maintenance, and improvements.
- Specialize in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving water leakage issues in commercial structures.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize water-related problems.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient building operations and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:
