Engineering Supervisor

. Report to the Senior Facility Engineer/Engineer

. Lead, train and supervise a team of engineering technicians to undertake:

1. Breakdown, repair and modification work for all utilities services, facility equipment (such as boiler, air compressor, ammonia chiller, cold room, air con, waste water treatment plant, cooling towers, etc ) and factory buildings.
2. New equipment installation works.
3. Engineering modification works.
4. Preventive maintenance works.
5. Weekend works

. Take charge of the engineering store and ensure that all movements of spare parts are properly documented

. Ordering of spare parts

. Supervising of contractor's work

. Monitor and control overtime of the workers

. Ensure the safety of his subordinates

Requirement

. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

. Strong hands-on skills

. Having basic mechanical knowledge would be advantageous
