Responsibilities:
- Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production
- Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.
- Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications.
- Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.
- Carry out characterization or sample screening based on internal team request.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronic / Electrical/ Mechatronic/ IT/ Biochemical /Mechanical /computer/Architecture Engineering
- Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics/Electrical Mechatronic/ IT /Biochemical /Mechanical/computer/Architecture
- Day shift to start with:
3 days work on ODD workweek, 4 days work on EVEN workweek.
will need to be flexible to work in staggered or night shifts as required by business needs. - Experience in HTOL support
- Experience with ATE Tester. Experience with 93K will be added advantage
- Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermo stream testing equipment or bench test equipment.
- Experience in working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities
- Ability to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
