English/Chinese Phonics Teacher

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English or Chinese Phonics Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective phonics lessons to young learners, fostering a love for reading and language. This role requires a strong foundation in early childhood education, along with the ability to create a positive learning environment that supports each child's development and literacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver interactive English phonics lessons tailored to various age groups.
• Develop lesson plans that are both educational and enjoyable for young learners.
• Monitor and assess students progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child's learning journey.
• Maintain organized records of attendance, lesson plans, and student assessments.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in teaching phonics or literacy skills to young children.
• Passionate about early childhood education and fostering literacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Schedule:

• Option 1: 4 Weekdays (2:00 pm - 9:00 pm) and 1 Weekend (8:30 am - 6:30 pm)
• Option 2: 3 Weekdays (2:00 pm - 9:00 pm) and 2 Weekends (8:30 am - 6:30 pm)

The successful candidate will undergo a 3-month training period before being officially employed by the company, during which they will receive a trainee allowance.
