Job Responsibilities:

1. All-English teaching, providing children with high-quality English teaching, and developing personalized learning plans based on students levels and needs.

2. Design and prepare course content according to the age and English level of students to ensure that the class content is vivid and interesting and stimulate students interest in learning.

3. Regularly evaluate the learning of three children, provide parents with detailed learning reports, and make effective suggestions for improvement.

4. Assign and check homework to help children consolidate learning content.

5. Create an all-English learning environment through interaction in daily life to help children improve their English proficiency more naturally.

6. Share Singaporean culture and habits where appropriate to help students better understand and integrate into English culture.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in English, education, linguistics or related fields is preferred.

2. Have native-level English proficiency or professional English qualification certificate (such as TESOL, TEFL, etc.). 3. Have at least 3-5 years of experience in teaching English, especially experience in teaching children and teenagers.

4. Good at communicating with students and parents, and able to flexibly adjust teaching content according to needs.

5. Love education, have a high sense of responsibility, and be responsible for students learning progress.

6. Be tolerant of different cultural backgrounds and be able to maintain respect and understanding in cross-cultural communication.

Prioritize:

.Have experience in teaching from home and be able to adapt to the work-from-home environment.

.Have a background in psychology or child development.

Work location: Singapore - you can choose to live at home or not (according to your own circumstances)

Work Time:1:30pm-7:30pm (Monday-Saturday)
