- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Prepare the classroom for class activities.
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Assist in developing schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Vetting of assignment/exam papers and second marking
- Conduct post-assessment analysis.
- Prepare required reports on students and activities
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development.
- Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by CPE and school regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor degree from an accredited institution & one of the following - CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, MA Applied Linguistics, BA English.
- At least 2 years and above of working experience in related areas
- Strong passion for teaching
- Ability to share industry experience
- Must be current with learning methods and strategies
- Ability to engage with adult learners
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Have good organising & planning skills, high work standards, and able to adapt to changes
Only part time lecture require.
Salary per hour $40 - $50,commensurate with experience
