ENGLISH TEACHER

### Roles & Responsibilities

. Conduct English classes

. Develop and customize lesson plans to meet individual learning needs

. Evaluate and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

. Prepare and maintain teaching materials and resources

. Engage students through interactive activities to improve language skills

. Monitor and track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

. Any other duties assigned from time to time

### Requirements

. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or English, or equivalent

. Prior experience in teaching English is preferred

. Ability to independently create lesson plans tailored to students needs

. Patience and a strong sense of responsibility to foster a positive learning environment
