Job Scope:

• Execute & conduct age-appropriate curriculum as per the Company's curriculum framework
• Maintain quality classroom, supportive and nurturing learning environment that promotes learning in accordance to the curriculum framework
• Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents by being a positive role model
• Execute daily routine in accordance to time schedule
• Maintain admin work for reference / record purpose
• Communicate with parents regarding the child's growth and learning progress
• Participate in staff training and professional development

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or ACECCE), or Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education
• Minimally GCE O Level credit in English
• Team player with passion in working with young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build good rapport with parents and various stakeholders
• Enjoy and love the company of young children
• Preferably energetic, vibrant and animated!
