Job Description
We are looking for English Language teachers to join our dynamic team! We are seeking a teacher who is:
- Passionate about positively impacting the young adults
- Enthusiastic in lesson delivery and activity planning
- Able to engage students in a directed environment and curriculum
- Have a positive working attitude and a good service awareness
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teaching English Language as a second language to foreign working adults
- Conducting classes for lower levels -Beginner and Elementary, including delivery of approved lesson plans, preparation, and marking of coursework and assessments.
- Small class group of a maximum of 10 students.
- Providing appropriate feedback on students work
- To ensure academic quality standards in content, delivery, and assessment are met and continually improved.
- Provide mentorship, Coaching, and support to students during the classes.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English speaker
- Education Level: Diploma and above
- Be able to teach weekend classes(Saturday and Sunday).
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in teaching English Language, experience in teaching English language with working adults is preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Adept in using PPT or fast learner in other E-learning platforms.
- The ability to communicate in simple Chinese with Chinese-spoken students is welcomed.
- Have a positive working attitude and be helpful.
