Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy of the company.
2. Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of age-appropriate teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
3. Conduct pre-school enrichment programmes for children under 5 years old.
4. Assess and document children's performance against the lesson's learning objectives
5. Prepare and plan lessons and activities.
6. Provide feedback to parents and guardians.
7. Able to communicate cordially with parents and teachers.
8. Responsible for restocking & maintaining lessons materials and supplies.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience as an Enrichment teacher in theatre/speech & drama, cooking, music & movement, and art & craft for children aged under 5.
2. Familiar with the methodology of storytelling, role play, drama, music & movement, and art & craft.
3. Speaks good English.
4. Excellent classroom management skills.
5. Responsible, committed and can work independently.
6. Have a loving disposition with a passion to mould the next generation of children.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
8. 5-day work week, off days may be on a weekday.
Qualifications Requirements:
1. Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education
