RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Staff Nurse in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, guide, and support staff members in caring for residents, drawing from training received under Industry Skill Certificate, Institute of Technical Education, or equivalent approved courses.
• Assign roles to team members for each shift, ensuring efficient distribution of responsibilities.
• Ensure the adherence to schedules regarding residents needs and actively engage residents in a variety of activities.Demonstrate the ability to identify abnormalities, including monitoring behaviors of concern, and promptly escalate them to the designated staff.
• Maintain the standards of care as per the policies and procedures of the Organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Nursing

Job Requirements

• Valid practising license as an Enrolled Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• National Institute of Technical Education (ITE): Certificate in Nursing or its equivalent.

• Dynamic and good team player.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
