Enrolled Nurse

SNM (Singapore) is a registered, secular society with charity status and is a member of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS). We are seeking a registered nurse with the following attributes -

Job Responsibilities:

. Provide personalised, and cost-effective care to the residents in the nursing home in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, and practices.
. Provide a holistic, multifaceted and person-centred approach to plan and execute care to meet resident's nursing needs.
. Able to harness team's cooperation and inspire them to deliver effective, safe, and coordinated care to all.
. Reaches out proactively to residents and their families regarding discharge. Plans, trains, and coordinates a smooth transaction from a nursing home to a home for them.
. Report to Nurse Manager/Head of Nursing

Job Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing
. Possess a State Registered Nurse license
. Valid Practising license with Singapore Nursing Board
. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in an acute / community hospital or nursing home
. Possess interpersonal skills and is passionate working with elderly.
