Role: Enterprise Architect
Hawksman Technology is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead IT strategy development and drive transformative digital initiatives for our client. Reporting to the Director of Technology, this role will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a forward-looking technology roadmap to enhance global operations. This position, based in Singapore, offers a unique opportunity to shape the enterprise architecture landscape and support strategic growth across a diverse, global manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and drive enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on digital innovation and capability enhancements.
- Lead the Technical Design Authority to ensure adherence to architectural standards, and guide the development of scalable solutions.
- Drive enterprise-wide digitization, enabling core process improvements across applications and data systems.
- Create and maintain a long-term enterprise architecture roadmap that aligns with business goals and optimizes global digital capabilities.
- Assess and recommend innovative technology solutions, conducting POCs to validate new methods and tools.
- Work closely with senior management, regional and functional leads to foster alignment between IT and business initiatives, ensuring mutual support and open communication.
- Oversee architecture-driven risk management and ensure cost-effective, sustainable technology implementations that deliver measurable ROI.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in enterprise architecture or a related leadership role, with proven experience in global software and infrastructure implementation.
- Expertise in enterprise technology models, cloud/hybrid environments, and end-to-end solution design for multi-lingual, multi-site operations.
- Proficient in frameworks like TOGAF and design governance principles, with experience in technical design, lifecycle management, and demand governance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex architectural concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, with demonstrated success engaging senior business leaders.
- Skilled in managing large-scale, cross-functional digital initiatives, with a background in traditional and agile delivery methodologies.
