We are looking to hire Enterprise Architect professionals with expertise in SAP LeanIX. Should be able to develop, progress and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture roadmap using SAP LeanIX. Must have proven success using SAP LeanIX tool.
The Enterprise Architect is a technical leadership role, with previous experience and accountability of driving IT strategy and -roadmap development and implementation, digitization initiatives, capability-driven improvements in alignment with business objectives, and transformational activities with an architectural oversight (both conceptual and logical) at multiple layers across our global technology and applications landscape.
The role requires regular engagement and collaboration with business functions including senior management level to further mature relationships between IT and our business through development of IT Roadmap and Strategy supporting our business strategy and growth targets
Functions and processes include:
Enterprise IT Strategy & Roadmap
- Digital Demand Management, Design and Delivery Lifecycle governance.
- Strategy formulation and execution with business and technology alignment at the forefront of activities. Lead our enterprise architecture strategy that enables value and growth across the business.
- Capability enablement through digitization and improvement of core processes within the enterprise applications and data landscape.
- Roadmap development, change enablement and best practices-driven design championship through Technical Design Authority.
- Develop, progress and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture roadmap, driving alignment with business goals and objectives. Our strategic technology behind this work is SAP LeanIX.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technology trends and innovations, proposing scalable solutions that align with growth objectives. Provide leadership in conducting proof of concepts (POCs) to validate new technologies and methodologies.
- Architectural and technical oversight on technology, vendor and software selection.
- Drive cost-effective and efficient architectural solutions that contribute to long-term operational sustainability. Monitor the performance and ROI of technology initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and potential cost savings.
Architecture, Frameworks/Standards, Demand Management
- Establish architectural principles and educate technical and functional leaders on capability-driven design thinking.
- Lead Technical Design Authority activities to establish the right forums for addressing burning technical and functional matters.
- Oversee the digital demand management and design lifecycle, promoting adherence to best practices and standards through the Technical Design Authority.
- Develop and maintain frameworks, collaboration environments, artefacts, business capability and reference technology models, roadmaps, and proceedings from Design Authority gatherings.
- Establish standards for selection, design, delivery, lifecycle governance and service transitioning of application and data initiatives.
Business and IT Stakeholder Management, Engagement, Communication
- Communicate business architecture and capability enablement concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders with technology as a change enabler.
- Drive alignment and open communication between IT and business stakeholders across various levels, fostering a shared vision of how technology can enable business growth and transformation.
- Oversee risk management within the enterprise architecture scope, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards across global implementations.
- Proactively advise the Technology Director on the digitization state of the organization by introducing quantifiable metrics and levers against gaps and industry norms.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or relevant Certification in Enterprise Architecture, Software Development
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise design, change and delivery of global software and infrastructure initiatives.
- Mastering use of SAP LeanIX with relevant working experience and proven success using this technology as central system to drive EA Transformation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex enterprise architectures, including technology reference models, solution architectures, and infrastructure roadmaps.
- Knowledge of Cloud and hybrid environments in the context of enterprise architecture, programmatic change delivery and capability enablement.
- Track record of delivering and managing multi-lingual, multi-currency and multi-site enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, MRP, MES and/or BI.
