Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

Our client is a respected organization in the integrated healthcare space currently looking to identify a Project Manager for NetSuite ERP.

You will report into the Group Technology and Information Security Director and

be responsible for enablement and delivery of Finance ERP projects and program execution

through the management and resources - time, people, budget, scope and quality.

You will also manage the projects, processes and people responsible for successful ERP projects

implementation and delivery. The role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategy and ensures its alignment with the enterprise's business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of NetSuite ERP implementation projects, ensuring adherence

to project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk

assessments.

Manage project stakeholders, including internal team members, clients, and third-party

vendors.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to

stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.

Manage change and resolution process, and work with other subject matter leaders to take

corrective action as needed

Ensure the successful delivery of NetSuite solutions, including configuration, data migration,

training, and go-live support.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs

and ensuring their satisfaction.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and

methodologies.

Work directly with business teams during project envisioning (e.g., proposal generation,

statements of work, RFP/RFQ creation and delivery) and assemble the best team for the

project organization, with the ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects.

Qualification and Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 2 successful

NetSuite ERP implementations.

Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, including financials, inventory, order

management, and CRM.

Experience with data migration and integration processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PMP certification is a plus.

Experience with other financial systems like SAP and Oracle.

Experience in workflow and automation.

Experience in specific industries such as Healthcare.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
