We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the Group Risk department in managing risk, enhancing internal control systems, and driving enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives. This is a unique chance to contribute to the risk function of a well-established organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote risk management awareness across local and regionally
• Assess key risk areas within the business and recommend solutions for control improvements.
• Lead and support enterprise risk management (ERM) processes, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated effectively.
• Conduct Control Self-Assessments (CSA) to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Review risks for new ventures and provide risk control support.
• Advise the management team on emerging risk issues and follow up on risk assessments.
• Participate in Business Continuity Management (BCM)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Chartered Accountant qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience, particularly in operational risk.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Big 4 risk experience is an advantage/welcome to apply
