Job Scope :
- Lead and manage a team in testing low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.
- Ensure all testing checklists are accurately completed and signed off.
- Create and deliver training on safety, testing, and troubleshooting for new employees or products.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Factory Witness Tests (FWT) with clients, following the Method of Statement (MOS).
- Manage the calibration, defect reporting, and maintenance of tools and equipment in the Testing Department.
- Provide input to the Quality and Project Management Teams as needed.
