About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Ogden, you'll be a key player in finding and bringing on board amazing sales talent for the energy sector. This is a job where your skills in sales, communication, and building relationships really shine.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, sell our recruitment services/solutions, and provide the talent they need to thrive.
- You're not just speaking to companies; you're speaking to candidates too. Identify the highly sought-after talent our clients need and help them advance their careers.
This is an Entry-Level Sales Role.
