Job Description:
- Support the HR Shared Services on onboarding administrative and day to day administrative work
- Provide support to the data inception team to ensure smooth delivery of HR Shared Services
- Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records/relevant documents for data inception
- Administration of pass applications
- Prepare and issue necessary documents to staff
- Update status in HR System
- Creation of P-files for new hires and ensuring proper housekeeping of P-files
- Any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimally GCE A Level
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
