Environmental control officer #LTA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implements appropriate control measurements in accordance with QECP Design
• Ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager and QECP on the ECM Plan
• Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notices and official related EHS correspondence
• Organize HSE promotion and health campaigns
• Assist Safety Officer in planning and directing the HSE functions
• Any other duty required to be performed by ECO

Requirements

• Must be NEA Registered ECO
• Registered ECO with more than 3 years post-registration and relevant practical experience in Civil Engineering Construction works with LTA Projects
• Good knowledge of Government Regulations relating to Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental
• Preferred to have experience in managing OHSAS 18K, ISO 14K, ISO9K
