Equipment Engineer Specialist

Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance and Repair

. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on specialized equipment.

. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability.

Process Optimization:

. Identify opportunities to enhance equipment performance, efficiency, and safety.

. Implement improvements, upgrades, and modifications as needed.

. Monitor equipment metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.

Technical Documentation:

. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, calibration, and service history.

. Create and update technical manuals, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Training and Support:

. Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.

. Provide technical support during equipment installations and commissioning.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving:

. Work closely with engineers, production teams, and vendors to address complex technical challenges.

. Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

. NITEC/Higher Nitec/Diploma in a technical discipline

. Those without the stipulated qualifications but with related technical experience are also welcome to apply

. Willing to work outdoors, at heights and on weekends
