Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement new equipment mainternance SOP for polishing and cleaning processes.
- Responsible for new equipment set up, installation, and qualification.
- Process improvement and optimization to enhance quality, cost reduction, and productivity.
- Maintain the process and equipment documentation including operating, maintenance, and work procedure.
- Training of technicians on standard procedure and work instruction.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrica & Electronics Engineering.
- With 2-3 years of working experience in polishing and cleaning processes is a must.
- Proficient in DOE, FMEA, and SPC.
- Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
