Equipment Maintenance Manager (Offshore Vessels)

Our client, a leading player in the Offshore industry is looking for an experienced Equipment Manager to support their expansion plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring timely equipment resource availability to all offshore projects
• Ensuring effective equipment resource performance on offshore projects (i.e., maintaining reliability and minimising equipment down time)
• Ensuring efficient equipment resource delivery on offshore projects (i.e., optimising owned resources over third-party hires)
• Providing guidance to company management on equipment resource levels, actual utilisation, and future planning / CAPEX strategisation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or related studies
• Proven background in / practical experience with the maintenance of technical equipment used in marine geophysical survey / light-geotechnical industries.
• Proven capability to actively lead / supervise onshore workshop teams and collaborate with offshore technical / engineering teams.
• Proven capability to collaborate and coordinate with other department heads, towards optimising offshore technical equipment performance and utilisation.
• Proven capability to engage with company senior management in technical equipment resourcing measurement / forecasting strategies.
