CMC are hiring! We have a permanent opportunity for an Equity Sales Trader to join our Premium Client Management team. This role will be based onsite 5 days per week in our Singapore office.

Role & Responsibilities
Business Development
Ability to generate business through networks
Adhere to and achieve consistent monthly/quarterly KPI targets (eg. growth, retention, referrals)
Provide proactive, end-to-end high-quality service for our premium value clients to ensure a positive, tailored trading experience, thereby optimising revenue growth for the business
Attend Client Entertainment functions, both one-on-one and event situations
Constantly improving and innovating to create real points of differentiation in our markets
Account Management
Responding to clients enquiries and providing clients with product knowledge to ensure optimum utilisation of products and platforms
Proactively identify and cross sell additional products and services to existing clients
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience
Gain referrals from existing client base
Where authorised, execute orders with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Act as a brand ambassador in all client interaction
Proactively respond to and manage inbound client queries through Phone and Email professionally and efficiently
Escalate all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels to ensure a consistently high level of client service if required
Take ownership for ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems (e.g. Dojo, Pega, Salesforce etc) in a timely manner if required
Education
Building content to support clients with trading decisions and keeping abreast of market conditions
Education on trading/investment strategies to help clients meet their aims and objectives
Running webinars, seminars and events for premium clients
Identifying and realising opportunities to educate our premium value clients on our products and range of services.
Media
Provide ad-hoc insightful, directed and knowledgeable market commentary for PR purposes. This may require presence across multiple mediums, including and not limited to television, radio and written commentary.
Product Management
Be the product and platform expert for both internal an external stakeholders, with the ability to competently demonstrate and educate clients in its use
Compliance
Understand and adhere to local and global compliance guidelines and relevant regulations for the jurisdiction of operation
Maintain personal/ professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high-quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets.
Demonstrating desirable/required conduct to board, team managers and all staff

Key Skills & Experience
Essential
3-5 years relevant experience
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with leadership
Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mind set, with an ability to build, influence and enhance strong and meaningful client relationships
Ability to bring across a book or network of clients is desirable
Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for our products and services
Intermediate knowledge/experience of financial markets
Proven ability to work with KPIs and targets
Strong customer service and relationship management orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin)
Strong resilience and capacity to work with high-net-worth clients
Sales/relationship management/customer service experience required
Proven ability to trade on behalf of clients in an accurate and timely manner
Tertiary degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business, Finance, Economics etc.)

CMFAS M1B, M6 regulated
Suitability to be an FCA SMCR Certification Function
Experience in similar roles
Post-graduate Degree in relevant discipline
