Position Title: ERP
System Administrator
- Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Support the project team in the successful execution, upgrade, enhancement, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP system.- Ensure the seamless implementation of the project and maintain a stable post-project environment.
Manage user access for the existing ERP system.
- Provide user training sessions.
Maintain and manage the ERP system database.- Generate and save reports from the existing ERP system.
Continuously review and improve workflow processes.
- Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to understand and optimize workflows/processes for the current ERP project.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
At least a Diploma in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of related working experience.- Experience in managing IT application projects and implementations.
Previous experience in one or more of the following applications: NetSuite (Desire), SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
