To assist Manager on the daily activities and resources planning.
Deploying the staff to ensure the ESD operation can run smoothly and effectively.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefing and new staff's orientation.
Oversee splitting & packing activities in ESD room to ensure accuracy.
Determine priorities and work assignments to meet shipping schedules and KPI.
Follow up on customer's request promptly.
Train and cross train all staff to avoid indispensability to ensure the smooth continuity of daily ESD operation.
Brief staff as and when required on assigned task, regulations, changes, and new implementations.
Liaising with other relevant internal and external parties to ensure all the task in ESD Room are completed on time.
Maintain and monitoring staff attendance, discipline, morale, and departmental harmony.
Perform investigation reports for incident/discrepancy raised from internal or external customer.
Conduct counselling and take disciplinary action as and when if required.
Problem solving, process and system enhancement for better productivity and quality.
Ensure proper procedures and work instructions are documented and being carried out by the ESD team.
Maintain general cleanliness of the ESD room - 5S, Safety and Security.
Ensure equipment is well maintained and functionable.
Other work and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum Secondary Education and above
Required language(s): English - Read and written.
At least 1 to 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required. For no experience will be consider as contract staff - Grade 1 (inhouse training will be provided)
Hardworking and independent.
Team player and able to multi-task.
The position requires a 5.5-day work week.
Able to work OT when required.
Optional:
Operating of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and ESD equipment if required (Internal or External training will be provided).
Computer Literate - Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, etc.
