Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team on the daily operations of estate management
- Drive high performance in all aspects of maintenance such as Landscaping, Irrigation, Pumps, Cleaning, Pest Control, Mechanical & Electrical, and Civil & Structural (C&S) works
- Develop a facilities management work plan to operate and manage the estate efficiently
- Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government / statutory regulations conduct regular audits of building and M&E systems
- Ensure all installation works are in conformance with building and statutory requirements
- Supervise contractors maintenance works and ensure that contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements
- Collaborate with the Community Relations team to engage with residents
- Ensure all feedback and issues are attended to and resolved promptly
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance works, ensuring that all equipment within premises is in working condition
- Prepare monthly reports for management and client
- Responsible for building risk management, safety & security
- Implement an energy management program to reduce operating costs
- Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and prompt payments to contractors and service providers
Requirements:
- Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Building or Facilities Management,
- At least 5 years of working experience in leading a team to manage an estate or development in the building and facility management industry
- Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations
- Good knowledge of mechanical & electrical system
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in managing a large residential precinct or township would be advantageous
