Responsibilities:
- Oversee JLL's ethics and compliance program for South East Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam)
- Provide support, advice, and enablement to all business lines in the region
- Address ethics matters and compliance with laws, regulations, and JLL policies
- Collaborate with OneLegal team to design and implement compliance programs
- Assess ethics and compliance risks
- Work with various stakeholders to incorporate compliance policies
- Deliver training programs tailored to local business needs
- Emphasize corporate values, culture, and ethical leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- At least 7 years of professional-level ethics, legal, or compliance experience
- High level of personal integrity
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented approach
- Experience building cross-functional relationships
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Strategic problem-solving abilities
- Skill in designing and delivering effective presentations on complex topics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real estate industry experience
- Knowledge of key risk areas (AML KYC, privacy, bribery, conflicts of interest, modern slavery)
