Role SummaryWe seek a highly skilled and motivated ETRM/CTRM Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize business processes and systems within the commodity trading and risk management domain. Your expertise will contribute to delivering solutions that enhance trading operations, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ETRM/CTRM solutions.
- Analyze trading, risk management, and operations workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide functional expertise in commodity trading domains such as energy, agriculture, or metals.
- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement system enhancements and configurations.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including workflows and use cases.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of ETRM/CTRM platforms or upgrades.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor system performance and propose optimization solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the ETRM/CTRM domain.
- Strong understanding of commodity trading markets, risk management, and trade lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with ETRM/CTRM systems such as OpenLink Endur, Allegro, TriplePoint, or similar.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, or EMIR is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in energy trading, logistics, or derivatives markets.
- Understanding of integration between ETRM/CTRM systems and other enterprise applications.
- Certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
