Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced EUC Support Specialist with a background in networking. The role primarily involves providing end-user computing support and network troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform regular system and network monitoring to ensure uptime and security.
Document processes and prepare reports on technical incidents.
Travel to multiple customer locations as required to provide support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in EUC support and network administration.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel between customer locations as needed.
