We are looking for dedicated and proactive Operations Executives to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our events and operations.
- Manpower Sourcing and Deployment:
Source and recruit suitable manpower for various events and activations.- Coordinate and manage the deployment of manpower to event locations.
Ensure proper allocation of personnel based on event requirements and client specifications.
- Booth Deployment and Management:
Oversee the setup and teardown of event booths and other event-related infrastructure.
- Ensure that all booths and event setups meet the required standards and client expectations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for booth materials and logistics.
- Training and Development:
Provide comprehensive training to event staff and manpower on roles, responsibilities, and event-specific procedures.- Ensure all manpower is well-prepared and equipped to deliver high-quality service during events.
- Event Operations Management:
Oversee and manage all operational aspects of events to ensure smooth execution.- Act as the primary point of contact during events, addressing any operational issues promptly.
Monitor event progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure client satisfaction and event success.
- Payroll and Administrative Duties:
Manage payroll for all event staff and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, attendance, and compensation.
Handle administrative tasks related to staffing and event operations, including documentation and reporting.
Educational Certification in Business Administration, Event Management, Human Resources, or a related field.- Proven experience in event operations, manpower management, or a similar role would be advantageous
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Team player with a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
