Meet the day-to-day needs
of hybrid, live, and virtual events for both external and internal stakeholders.Build strong working relationships
with clients, venues suppliers, and suppliers.Coordinate all aspects of event management, client management and crew management
- Distribute project management documentation to relevant stakeholders promptly.
Create detailed event proposals,
including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, and budgets.Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations
and report outcomes, implementing improvement plans.Support and mentor the team effectively.
- Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the event industry or related experience.- Detailed, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a flair in customer servicing a must
Good client relations skills- Manage multiple projects, work well under pressure, within tight timelines and able to work well individually and as a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel) and Google Workspace applications
- Candidates with prior experience in events management, platform management and/or customer servicing preferred.
