Job Overview:

Duration: 7.5 months highly renewable

Location: 21 Collyer Quay, Singapore

Work Set-up: Mon- Fri, 9am to 6pm

Description:

Accountable to regional and local events lead for planning and executing client-focused events in Global Banking and Markets.

Manage small- and large-scale events, handling logistics, budgets, and procurement.

Build relationships with business teams for bespoke event development.

Personally manage supplier relationships for logistics and production.

Collaborate with regional and international colleagues for a coordinated events management approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 4-5+ years event management experience, preferably in global banking and financial services.

Experience with corporate access roadshows is advantageous.

Skills in managing diverse events, from in-person and virtual networking to conferences and sports sponsorship.

Proven ability to lead events independently under tight deadlines, across different time zones.

Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

Effective time management, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Team player with a positive attitude, flexible approach, and willingness to learn and share knowledge.

Experience in budget management for events, digitally fluent with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.

Ability to travel if required, with knowledge of FCC and AB&C matters.
