Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and hospitality sectors.
- Client Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into loyal clients, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to partner.
Team Leadership:
Lead, inspire, and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in business development within the events and hospitality industry.
