Job Description:
- Client management and sales - client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
- Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
- Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
- Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments
- Events planning and coordination - liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure creation of a successful event programme
- Assist in refining company's sales strategy and processes
- Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
- Meticulous and great attention to details
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentations
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proactive and can solve problems independently
- Work well with others as a good team player
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus
Benefits
- Total Salary Compensation = Basic Salary + Sales Commission
- Basic Salary Range: SGD 3000 to SGD 4500 per month depending on qualifications & experience
- Sales commission and incentives (uncapped - the more sales you close, the more commission you earn)
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn on average SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000 OTE (with uncapped commissions) through a competitive commission structure
