- As outsourced team members, responsible for all matters pertaining to SHEIN's offline event execution in Southeast Asia, including, but not limited, to Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand markets.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of these offline events, while adhering to the brand guidelines, SOPs, protocols, and instructions given by the SHEIN marketing team.
- Fully responsible for the P&L for all offline events assigned to Pan Asia's event team at fixed all-inclusive budgets, take full responsibility of budget spending including ,but not limited to, event headcount costs, venue costs and vendor costs for end-to-end planning and execution.
- Effectively liaise with all internal and external agencies and stakeholders to drive smooth project delivery and produce post-event reviews and analysis.
- Responsible for building and managing professional relationships or partnerships with relevant personnel, production agencies or any other vendors to facilitate smooth delivery.
Job Requirements
- Singapore PR / Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree, or minimally a Diploma in Events Management, Food & Hospitality, Marketing, or related subjects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proven experience in offline event production or marketing campaigns
- Familiar with local market and consumer habits related to Fashion and FMCG, able to integrate internal and external resources to guarantee the success of SHEIN's offline events
- Able to identify, analyse and solve problems, and tackle challenges in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and manage relations with external contractors and suppliers
- Motivated self-starter
- Existing relationships with Event, Fabrication, Venue, or PR agencies would be a plus
