About the role

External and Internal Events

  • Work with event hosts to craft event objectives and programme
  • Take ownership of all events-related logistics such as venue booking, room set-up, food catering, workshop tools, invitations and attendance
  • Work with M&C to ensure onsite brand compliance of events set-up
  • Perform duties and logistic responsibilities related to events management
  • Responsible for planning and designing events until post programme

Office Admin support

  • Be the point person for onsite admin support and facility support
  • Coordinate and liaise with offshore Executive Assistants on onsite admin matters
  • Support Partner onboarding & offboarding

About you

  • 3 years of experience in event management preferably with office administrator experience
  • Comes with experience in event management such as programme design, venue booking, food catering, workshop tools, attendance management and other event logistic needs.
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work well as a team and also work independently
  • Ability to be physically onsite in office
