Events Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Engage clients to determine their needs and to ensure fulfillment
• Work closely with the Business Committees and Head of Events to deliver an engaging calendar of events and podcasts.
• Facilitate from conception through planning and delivery of activity.
• Recognise and facilitate collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor partnership opportunities and work to fulfil existing contracts.
• Provide updates on events in the pipeline during weekly meetings.
• Work closely with Head of Events to understand the P&L structure.
• Create event pages using our CRM system and upload key information related to these.t
• Conduct pre- and post event evaluations and report on outcomes
• Research market, identify event opportunities and interest generation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in any field
• Prior experience in the events industry will be an advantage
• Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
