Assist in event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination.- Help set up event spaces with decorations, equipment setup, furniture setup and signage.
Support the event programme delivery and logistics.
- Provide on-site support during events, such as registration and attendee assistance.
Assist in managing event attendees, ensuring a positive experience.- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in any other duties required by the events team from time to time
- Contribute to event marketing and promotion efforts (if any).
Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection (if required).
Fresh graduates or current students are welcome to apply.- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Coordinating event details, working with vendors, managing event timelines, and ensuring events are executed smoothly.
