Events Manager

Our client is hiring for an Events Manager to adapt global processes and event workflows to the APAC businesses. BAU responsibilities include managing end-to-end planning of events, creating promotional plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and building registration sites. Other key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing event marketing, and maintaining brand guidelines.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of end-to-end event planning experience for interal and third party events, preferably in Financial Services
• Experience in setting processes
• Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Eventbrite, On24 and/or Cvent, along with excellent communication and organizational skills
• A bachelor's degree is required, marketing or event-related qualifications is advantageous
• Ability to travel and handle multiple projects is a must
