Events Manager (Institutional Finance)

Our client, a global financial services firm, is hiring for an Events Manager to adapt global processes and event workflows to the APAC business. BAU responsibilities include managing end-to-end planning of events, creating promotional plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and building registration sites. Other key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing event marketing, and maintaining brand guidelines.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of end-to-end event planning experience for interal and third party events for Institutional Financial Services
• Experienced in setting up processes
• Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Eventbrite, On24 and/or Cvent, along with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel and handle multiple projects is a must
