Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events, including logistics management and participant communication
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media channels to promote events, including graphics, posts, and stories that align with our brand identity
- Audience Engagement: Interact with followers on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages to create a vibrant online community
- Event Promotion: Implement strategies to effectively promote events through social media, including scheduling posts and using targeted campaigns
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns related to events, providing insights for improvement
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Trend Research: Stay updated on event planning trends and social media best practices to enhance our strategies
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a passion for engaging storytelling
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools to create visually appealing content
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
