Events Sales Executive

We are a modern Asian restaurant looking for a reliable and efficient professional to join our team as our Events Sales Executive. You will be managing and overseeing different types of events, delivering high standards with great personality and an enthusiastic approach to customer service.

As an Events Sales Executive, you will strive to create exceptional, memorable experiences for all of our guests straight from their initial enquiry. You will respond to enquiries in a timely manner, maximise bookings and personalise the guests experience.You will be an excellent communicator, briefing internal teams for any upcoming events and corporate dining bookings.

You will also research and develop new ideas for types of suitable events and activities that we can present to our guests and broaden our clientele base.Salary: S$ 3,200 - $3,500 depending on work experienceBenefits:

Responsibilities: Event Management:

• Assist with the execution of marketing events, and capture data on potential clients and customers

To assist Events Team with executing client events including Weddings and Corporate Dining Events, ensuring the spaces are set-up and styled according to client brief

• To provide sales support to the Events team in attending to new event enquiries including site visits, event proposals, menu proposals and preparation of contracts

Branding and Partnership:

• Assist Management team with Brand partnership acquisitions, recommendations and ideas so as to increase our brand visibility and increase target audience size

Assist Management team to come up with activation ideas and marketing events so as create an engaging calendar of events throughout the year

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Events Management experience in Lifestyle or Hospitality industry

Passionate about delivering top-notch hospitality experiences

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Great time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure

Has great initiative and is service-oriented

• Proficient in creating presentations, proposals and reports
