This unique opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in both event planning and live streaming, playing a crucial role in the execution of engaging and memorable experiences for our audience. You'll assist in the organization of various events and livestream sessions while creating captivating content that highlights our brand and engages participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-event logistics to on-site management
- Livestream Production: Help produce and manage livestream events, including setting up equipment, coordinating content flow, and engaging with the audience in real-time
- Content Creation: Create visually appealing promotional content for events and livestreams, including graphics, videos, and social media posts to generate interest and engagement
- Audience Engagement: Actively participate in livestream sessions by interacting with viewers, responding to comments, and facilitating discussions
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of events and livestreams, providing insights to help improve future initiatives
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all platforms
- Trend Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in event management and livestreaming technology to suggest innovative ideas that enhance the overall experience
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in event planning or livestream production is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for engaging storytelling
- Familiarity with video production equipment and livestreaming platforms
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
