[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as an Executive in the CET Academy.
[What you will be working on]
As an Admin Executive, you will oversee the successful completion of adult learners journeys with the CET Academy.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Liaise with learners, course leaders and other stakeholders on all matters to ensure learners successful launch and completion of courses;
- Involve in the publicity of courses through different platforms and event participation;
- Handle all learners course/funding enquiries and feedback;
- Administer course applications and enrolments, billings and correspondences;
- Prepare learners funding claims and manage financial schemes;
- Manage all learner and course records and prepare statistical reports according to the Records Management procedures; and
- Perform ad-hoc duties/projects as required
[What we are looking for]
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in one of these areas: educational programme management, Accounting and IT, customer service
- Proficient in MS Office applications with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Good communications skills and ability to connect to people
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
- High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates with the relevant skillsets and good service orientation will be considered. Salary will be commensurate accordingly.
