Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint.
- Ability to set up and organise communications apps such as Zoom, Teams and Google Meet
- Ability develop an Excel based database independently and use it for basic analysis.
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and follow up on queries in a timely manner.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
