Job Description

To support Dover Park Hospice fundraising team in project-based administrative support, general (non-clinical) market or user research, and secretariat functions.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint.

- Ability to set up and organise communications apps such as Zoom, Teams and Google Meet

- Ability develop an Excel based database independently and use it for basic analysis.

- Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and follow up on queries in a timely manner.

Organizational Skills:

- Strong ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented and organized in maintaining files, records, and correspondence.

Communication Skills:

- Well-mannered with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Sensitive and attentive to stakeholders.

Personal Attributes:

- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions without constant supervision.

- High degree of professionalism and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.

- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others.

- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
