THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE/ CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE
Responsibilities:
- To oversee DCS's applications such as ERP, CMS and Intranet sharepoint.
- Provide incident management per ITIL standards.
- Liaising with external vendors to manage vendor system upgrades and implementation
- Ensure that IT-related tickets are resolve promptly and meet the Service Level Agreement set by the department.
- Ad-hoc tasks like Account Management for certain applications, Infrastructure supports and any assigned tasks.
- Regularly check and update Internal IT Policies / SOP / documentations.
- To support and maintain DCS corporate website by providing friendly user experience / support and identifying customer user journey.
- To oversee projects in DCS by applying project management and Software Project Lifecycle knowledge
- To transform DCS's processes into automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- To develop and design process workflow based on requirement define by end-users.
- To draft technical documentation on each workflow and conduct training to stakeholders using them
Requirements:
- Fresh Grads / Diploma in IT / Computer Science.
- Good understanding of information system technologies and software application.
- Knowledge of scripting language (PowerShell, Python, HTML5, Javascript)
- Basic troubleshooting skills and L1 support for the ERP, CMS (Website support), other in-house applications support.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering. Data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Power BI and data analytics will be an advantage.
- Experience in frontend and backend web application development will be an advantage.
