Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Manage the calendars of centre leaders, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of events and parent-teacher meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Support the human resources department by processing employee onboarding paperwork, maintaining personnel files, and tracking employee vacation days.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other members of the company to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the logistics of the school's bus fleet, ensuring proper scheduling, maintenance, and safety protocols are followed.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of administrative systems and procedures.
- Assist in managing finances and budgeting, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses,doing basic bookkeeping, and creating financial reports.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant or in a related role.
- At least a Diploma Level qualification in any field
- Knowledge of early childhood education industry is a plus.
